By accessing or using SeedEdit.app (including all subpages, web applications, and utility tools under this domain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Description of Service & Technology

SeedEdit.app is an independent educational web application and image editing playground designed for AI generative models, including diffusion architectures (such as SeedEdit 3.0 / 4.0 research benchmarks and Flux open weights). The web application provides client-side canvas tools (including the Vivid Redo algorithm, background removal, and aspect ratio resizing) alongside public API bridges. SeedEdit.app is an independent project and is not officially affiliated with ByteDance Inc., Segmind, or Midjourney Inc.

3. Intellectual Property & Generated Outputs

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Your Ownership: You retain full rights and ownership of the original prompts, text inputs, and images you upload for editing.
• Generated Media: SeedEdit.app claims no copyright, proprietary ownership, or royalty share in the images generated using our client-side tools. You are free to download, distribute, and utilize your generated imagery for both personal and commercial projects, subject to applicable local laws and model licensing frameworks.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Synthesize or edit non-consensual sexually explicit content, CSAM, or non-consensual deepfakes.
• Generate imagery promoting hate speech, violence, terrorism, or illegal acts.
• Attempt denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or automated scrapers against our frontend or public API endpoints.
• Infringe upon the trademark or intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE GENERATIVE DIFFUSION SYSTEMS ARE INHERENTLY STOCHASTIC AND EXPERIMENTAL. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GENERATIONS WILL MEET SPECIFIC ARTISTIC REQUIREMENTS OR BE FREE FROM VISUAL ARTIFACTS, UNINTENDED TONES, OR BIAS.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEDEDIT.APP, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE.
